Welcome to Zavrlynia. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of zavrlynia.com, your purchases from our store, and your interactions with our services.
Zavrlynia is operated by Xiangyang Youxian Trading Company.

- Seasonal merchandise; and
- Other everyday finds.
Our product assortment, categories, styles, colors, options, and availability may change from time to time.
“Warehouse Sale” is a merchandising and promotional category. It does not necessarily mean that an item is used, damaged, refurbished, returned, previously owned, liquidated, discontinued, or stored in one particular physical warehouse.
Warehouse Sale products are not automatically Final Sale.
If a product is Final Sale or subject to a material purchase or return restriction, that condition will be disclosed where applicable.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, materials, ingredients, colors, features, compatibility information, instructions, and other product details.

Order Acceptance

- Payment authorization fails;
- A material pricing or product-information error occurs;

- Purchase limits are exceeded;
- Shipping to the destination is unavailable;
- A product is restricted at the destination; or
- Fulfilling the transaction would violate applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Customers may request an order cancellation or change within 12 hours after the order is placed.
Please contact Customer Support as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will make reasonable efforts to honor eligible requests submitted within this period. However, a cancellation or change cannot be guaranteed if the order has already entered fulfillment, been transferred to a fulfillment provider, or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled and the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply instead.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or during checkout and may change from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing, but errors may occasionally occur.
If we identify a material pricing error before fulfillment, we may contact you regarding available options or cancel and refund the affected item.
We do not knowingly use false or misleading pricing practices.

Zavrlynia may offer discount codes, Warehouse Sale promotions, Beauty promotions, bundles, free gifts, free shipping, seasonal sales, and other promotional offers.

Shipping and Delivery
Our typical order processing period is 2–3 business days.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Available shipping options, charges, free-shipping thresholds, transit estimates, split shipments, and tracking information are described in our Shipping Information.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages from different suppliers, warehouses, fulfillment providers, or locations.
As a result, one order may have multiple tracking numbers, carriers, or delivery dates.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Our standard return window for eligible products is 30 calendar days after delivery.
Return eligibility, Beauty hygiene restrictions, Warehouse Sale returns, return shipping, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, and other return-related matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Warehouse Sale merchandise is not automatically Final Sale.
If a specific return matter conflicts with these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy will generally control for that matter unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Missing Items
If an item is confirmed as missing from your shipment, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Customers are not required to return an item that was not received.
An approved refund for a confirmed missing item will cover the eligible item purchase price. Treatment of original shipping or expedited shipping charges will depend on the circumstances and our applicable refund terms.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request your order number, photographs, packaging information, shipping-label information, or other relevant information needed to review the issue.
